In-person or remote consultation

The initial consultation is completed over the phone. During this call we discover knowledge about the senior in need of placement - their current living situation, medical and care needs, financial limitations, lifestyle and social needs and geographic preference. The conversation is generally with the DPOA or responsible family. Next is a home visit to allow us to visually see the client and their surroundings. At this time, a more in depth physical, medication, memory and financial assessment occurs. Our Senior Placement Specialists will now be able to discuss appropriate Senior Living options to our client and their families who generally are also in attendance. Then we will set up appointments to tour 3-4 appropriate communities.
